Information portal of the Sobótka City Hall – implementation and full implementation

I was responsible for the comprehensive preparation and implementation of the Sobótka Municipal Office portal, based on WordPress. I was responsible for the complete information architecture, layout design, front-end coding, CMS implementation, and performance and security optimization.

Project Description

The portal required the creation of a clear content structure and the implementation of hierarchical permissions for office employees. I designed the information layout, coded a responsive front-end (HTML, CSS, JS, Bootstrap), and prepared a WordPress panel with modules for publishing news, documents, events, and announcements.

The implementation included the installation and configuration of the server environment, database and cache optimization, security, and monitoring. I implemented technical SEO and improved the website’s performance to handle high traffic during peak periods.
