Optident is the exclusive partner of Carestream Dental in Poland, serving over 4,000 dental practices and a leader in the 3D CBCT market. The project included the creation of an extensive information and product website and an online store integrated with the internal CRM system.

Project Description

My work included full information architecture, layout design and coding, CMS implementation, and extensive technical support:

An online store showcasing CAD/CAM equipment, digital radiology, CBCT scanners, panoramic tomography, cephalometry, and dedicated A-dec modules.
Integration with the internal sales CRM – synchronization of product data and automatic refresh of equipment statuses and parameters.
Advanced newsletter module – real-time import of thousands of records into the database (ETL), validation, and address segmentation.
Performance and SEO optimization, server configuration, security, implementation, and testing.
Fully responsive, optimized for mobile devices for offices and sales representatives.

Results: This project involved a complex e-commerce implementation, CRM and ETL system integration, and website development for the medical and technical industry, requiring high-quality and precise presentation of technical data.
